· Firstly,
the candidate should
o Buy the
prospectus and application form by paying INR 150/- (Indian Rupees One
hundred fifty only) to the satej centre.
o Collect
the receipt for the same.
o
Fill the
Application Form attached with the prospectus duly and attach 3 passport
size photographs with it.
o
Hand over
the filled Application Form to the Course Advisor to the same satej centre.

For
courses which have a pre-requisite of an entrance examination, the candidate
should
o Collect
the Exam Permit from the Course Advisor by paying an amount of INR 3,000/-
(Indian Rupees Three Thousand only). Collect the receipt for the same. The permit will include the date and
time of the entrance examination.
o
Collect the
list of material to be brought for the entrance examination.
o
Take the
Exam Permit to the satej centre on the date of the entrance examination and
arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time of the exam.
o
Preserve
the Exam Permit for reference purpose.

For
courses which do not have a pre-requisite of an entrance examination, the
application would be considered on the basis of the candidate’s merit and
the vacancy in that applied course.
·
If the
student passes the examination, the amount of INR 3,000/- will be adjusted
against the total course fee. Otherwise, that amount will be refunded.
·
For other
eligibility criteria, the candidates should submit the relevant document(s)/
certificate(s) along with the Application Form to help us ascertain their
eligibility.

The
candidate can choose any course depending on one’s eligibility for that
course.
·
The
candidate should check whether all relevant documents required to ascertain
his/her eligibility for the course are attached with the application form.

The
candidate should thoroughly check the application form, in all respects,
prior to submission.
·
There are
no reservations for any category.
·
If a
selected candidate cancels his/her admission, the centre management, at
their discretion, will select another candidate to fill that vacancy.

Selection Procedure
The candidate will have to pass an entrance examination to be eligible for

For AZ-001 and AB-010
The entrance examination
for these courses will consist of 3 papers and their cummulative duration
will be 4 hours.
Paper 1 - Environment
Awareness Test (EAT) - This will test the candidate's awareness
in Media, Brands and International Events. This paper will be for 100 marks
and duration will be 60 minutes.
Paper 2 - English
Language Test (ELT) - As English is the instructional language used at
satej, this test will help us gauge the candidate's command over English.
This paper
will be for 50 marks and duration will be 45 minutes.
Paper 3 - Creative
Ability Test (CAT) - This test will help us determine the
creative potential the
candidate has. This test will include drawings, collages and questions on
art and design. This paper will be for 200 marks and duration will be 120
minutes.
For AA-020 and AA-100
For these courses, a written examination - Creative Skill Test
(CST) will be conducted. This test will comprise of questions based on
jewellery and drawing and designing.
For candidates applying
for AZ-001 and AB-010, depending on their result in the entrance examination, a percentage of
the fee for the applied course would be waived off as is outlined in the
table below.
